Celebrate our 5th Year Milestone

The vision of four passionate retired businesswomen to help older women in the community age well back in 2020 has reached a 5 year milestone.

Thanks to the dedication of the committee members, Coffs Harbour Older Women's Network, an affiliate of OWN NSW based in Sydney, knows that it is time to celebrate its achievements.

We are fortunate to have a keynote speaker, Mandy Nolan, comedian, author and advocate to help us celebrate this special occasion.

Essential to the success of any network, especially older women’s networks is the maintaining of the social interactions with others as it exercises the brain and it is the best way to improve cognitive health and of course social connection.
