The four elements are the basis of our natural world. They also exist within our inner world and by tuning into these elements we can allow for greater balance and insight in our lives.
Personally, my connection with nature is a doorway into deeper connection and joy within myself. These natural meditative explorations will honor Mother Earth and welcome the four elements as they exist within us all.

During the first week I will provide a taster, after which we will playfully enter a different element each week, exploring earth, water, fire and air. Each guided meditation will invite you to follow your own flow and natural instincts. As we use the senses, you will explore your connection to each element and how it connects you to your body. Each element also provides us with essential qualities that sustain us and allow us to thrive in life. In the final week I will lead a gentle guided movement/dance meditation incorporating all the elements.

Make the most of these sessions by attending all six or drop-in to the ones you feel to. Each session will include a 25 minute meditation followed by time for reflection and integration. Join the meditations using Zoom from any space that is comfortable for you. You may like to align your surroundings with the particular element where possible!

About me -

As a nature lover I completed a Bachelor of Environmental Science in 2013 which led me to complete a PhD last year. During the time of my PhD I was unsure how I wanted to honour my love of the environment in a career. After years of spiritual practice I felt the desire to combine these two aspects of myself in the hope of inspiring a deeper love of nature in others, leading to a deeper love and connection with themself. I have been following a heart-based tantric spiritual path since 2017 and recently became a 200 hour certified Instinctive Meditation teacher under the guidance of Lorin Roche and Camille Maurine.

I welcome others to grow in love and connection by deepening self knowledge through intimate exploration with life.
