We are celebrating 50 years of Barbara’s Shiraz!

This special evening will be filled with stories, delicious food, and of course, our finest wines.

~An informal tasting of previous vintages, with our winemaker

~A selection of cheese to enjoy alongside the tasting

Beef Carpaccio, pickled shallots, aged balsamic,

parmesan, olive oil, sorrel leaves.

Paired wine: 2025 Harcourt Valley Rosé

Course One

Seared quail, dark fruit gastrique,

cauliflower & almond puree, thyme flowers.

Paired Wine: 2024 Barbara’s Shiraz

Course Two

Overnight braised beef, roasted root vegetables,

parsnip puree, red wine jus.

Paired Wine: 2025 Barbara’s Shiraz ~ from barrel

Informal wine tasting to commence ~ featuring past Barbara’s Shiraz vintages

Dessert (roving)

Mini bitter sweet chocolate tart, chilli salt

**If you are booking as a group but purchasing separately, please name the other guests in your party upon checkout to ensure you are seated together.

**Please note that all dietary requests MUST be made at the time of ticket purchase with no tickets being sold within 7 days of the event. All dietary requests are then confirmed with The Drawing Room 7 days prior and no requests will be met on the evening. Upon checkout you will be asked to fill in your dietary requirements.
