Event description

It's so easy to overlook the small, good moments that make life worth living.

Day after day, hour after hour.
Not our fault: the dice are loaded. We're hardwired to scan for danger, to compare and criticize our self. To play crisis on a loop.
Our evolutionary biology shouts 'survive' and cares little for 'thrive'.
It overlooks the good stuff.

But we can change that!

**

We invite you to join Celebrating Enoughness with Shakti, an upcoming day-long workshop in our beautiful rainforest retreat of Foresthaven, Maclean, in Yaegl Country.

We’ll explore how to break free from ingrained patterns using:

🔆 Movement
🔆 Contemplation & introspection
🔆 Discussion & journaling
🔆 Fun games
🔆 Research-backed techniques

We’ll dive into:

🔹What keeps our nervous system stuck
🔹 Why it’s so hard to override our hardwiring
🔹 How to work with "feeling tone" to shift our experience
🔹 When to apply the antidote

Most importantly, we'll learn and practice a structured technique that harnesses everyday, overlooked moments to cultivate an ongoing sense of ease, satisfaction, and enoughness.

It consists of four core steps, along with Shakti's special two game-changing extras.
Generally known as Taking in the Good,  this method is similar to gratitude but you'll notice it is also quite distinct. And very, very fresh.
