While Family Constellation Therapy focuses on the dynamics within your family, Systemic Constellation Therapy broadens the scope to explore other larger systems that might be affecting you, such as your work environment, communities, or societal norms. For example, if you’re struggling with your career, the approach helps reveal if there are larger systemic patterns or ancestral ties that are influencing your actions and limiting your potential.

By examining these systems, both personal and collective, Systemic Constellation Therapy allows you to gain insight into how these hidden dynamics impact your life, and it helps you find new ways of relating to yourself and others

Light Me Up Movement started as a simple idea: to create spaces where people could come together, connect, and shine their light—whether through healing, laughter, or just good conversation.
