Anowah have collaborated with Wellways / Carer Gateway and Transform Life to celebrate and recognize the outstanding contribution unpaid carers make to our nation.

This is a wonderful opportunity for carers to connect, learn and immerse themselves in interactive wellness activities.

Attendees will learn and have an opportunity to participate in:

Facilitated Coaching - designed to assist carers to acquire the skills and resilience needed in their caring role.

Counselling - a private, safe space to talk through the joys, challenges and stresses they may be experiencing in their caring role.

Transform Life will provide strategies for self-care, mindset, goal setting, relaxation and managing emotions when feeling anxious, overwhelmed or stressed.

If you care for a family member or friend with disability, a medical condition, mental illness, or who is frail due to age or work in the disability sector, register to learn more.
