We are thrilled to invite you to embark on a beautiful journey within through our weekly breathwork sessions - Celebreath!

In the hustle and bustle of life, we often forget to pause and connect with our inner selves. But now, it's time to let go of distractions, quiet the mind, and allow our breath to lead the way. As we breathe consciously, we recharge our bodies with life force energy, the breath connects us to the essence of life, influencing every aspect of our being. Through the power of breath, we'll unlock new dimensions of consciousness. These experiences will not only enrich our lives but also deepen our understanding of ourselves and the world around us.

We'll dive deep into presence, exploring the vast landscape within. Our breath will be our guide, gently taking us to a place of peace and inner exploration. 

The format for the evening:

• Group dinner

Celebreath is not just about individual growth; it's also about coming together as a community and sharing our experiences, connecting with like-minded souls, and supporting each other on this path of self-discovery. We will have the opportunity for informal conversation during a group meal. 

📅 Details:

🗓️ Day: Every second Monday 

⏰ Time: 6:20pm for 6:30pm start to 8:00 pm

🏠 Location: 75 Shoobra Rd Elsternwick 

No prior experience is necessary. This is an inclusive space for everyone to learn and grow together.

Breathwork is a profound practice that can bring up levels of intensity. We will provide a safe container for you to show up as your true self.
