Give yourself the gift of an evening full of blissful meditation as aerial Yoga Nidra is paired with a sound bath.

You will be guided through a unique creative journey with the intention of recognizing your essence nature. Yoga Nidra is the practice of becoming familiar in the liminal space between waking and dreaming, and mining the jewels that exist in this space.

As you’re cradled in the support of an aerial silk hammock and begin to shift into deeper states of consciousness, you’ll be immersed in the cosmic waves of sound. The gift of the silk offers a temporary alleviation of pressure that we usually experience while laying on solid ground, and while floating the sound vibrations take on a new and totally enveloping form. This is a total immersion into the senses, which fosters deeper creativity and presence.

PREPARATION:
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can lightly stretch and relax in. Option to bring a journal for after the practice, and a silk eye pillow for during the journey, though vinyl masks will be provided. Please consider an intention (sankalpa) for your practice prior to attending.

Olivia’s love for yoga began in 2006 and quickly became a powerful force in her life. As an artist, the presence and creativity that the practices of yoga develop has always been at the forefront of her journey. Olivia’s yoga nidra style primarily focuses on developing creativity, resolving samskaras, and recognition of the magnificence that is you through deep explorations of the subtle realm and powerful imagery. You can expect to go on a journey when attending one of her nidra practices.
