This class is amplified by a live sound bath from the incredible Ian Hassel—sonic medicine that wraps around your body and soul. We’ll close with a heart-forward connection ritual that goes beyond words—leaving you cracked open, soft, powerful, and overflowing with metta (real, embodied loving kindness).
