You will need a computer or phone with 'zoom' installed on it, a speaker or headphones, and a quiet space to yourself.

Please arrive 5 mins early so that we can start on time, especially if its your first time on zoom and you might need help with the technology.

HOW to PREPARE - This is important, and will enhance your experience greatly.

BEFORE the call, Create a sacred space for yourself. Bathe, dress to delight yourself, light candles, whatever will signal to your psyche, that something special, and delightful, is about to happen.

BREW a cup of tea, and keep it warm until we will drink together ceremoniously.

GATHER a notebook and pen, clear and prepare a space to both move in, and sit down comfortably.

DRESS in Comfortable clothes you can move in.

In fact, if the theme moves you to dress-up in luminous, celestial, heart inspired attire, please do. You will delight all of our hearts!

Before we meet, take some time to feel into Asaya's artwork, her 'Celestial Heart' creation, and notice what stirs in you.
