Join me for an hour of blissful, high-vibrational sound, where you'll be bathed in gentle healing frequencies from instruments including crystal alchemy bowls, chimes, crystal lyre and handpan.

It's an opportunity to unwind, relax and melt into spaciousness while soaking up all the other wonderful benefits that these healing frequencies offer... including calming your nervous system, helping with sleep, anxiety, and inviting meditative self-discovery.

With all the busyness and harsh energies surrounding us, sound has a magical way of helping us to decompress and return us home to our hearts.

PLEASE BRING (mats, blankets and bolsters provided):

- head pillow
- eye mask (recommended)
- anything else you may like for comfort, such as additional padding to lie on

There's plenty of off-street parking directly outside.
Note: the studio is upstairs (no elevator).

Doors open at 4:50pm. Please arrive early to give yourself time to get comfortable so we can start on time.
