Perfect for a Mothers Day treat :) Join me for an hour of blissful, high-vibrational sound, where you'll be bathed in gentle healing frequencies from crystal alchemy bowls, himalayan bowls, chimes, crystal lyre and handpan.
It's an opportunity to unwind, relax and melt into spaciousness while soaking up all the other wonderful benefits that these healing frequencies offer... including calming your nervous system, helping with sleep, anxiety, and inviting meditative self-discovery.
With all the busyness and harsh energies surrounding us, sound has a magical way of helping us to decompress and return us home to our hearts.
PLEASE BRING:
- a yoga mat
- blanket
- pillow/cushion
- eye mask (recommended)
- anything else you may like for comfort, such as additional padding to lie on
Parking:
There is limited parking directly outside the building, however ample parking on the grass directly behind the Just Plane Interesting shop and a few spaces to the right of the shop. (Please do not park at Bodega restaurant as they will tow).
Doors open at 9:50am. Please arrive early to allow yourself time to get comfortable so we can start on time.
