Join us for a Sunday afternoon of Cello Yoga in Surry Hills at Rare Yoga's central warehouse space.

Each 75-minute session includes a yoga practice guided by a range of teachers accompanied to live cello from Conrad Hamill. The class begins with breathwork before moving into a gentle vinyasa-style flow designed to ease tension and encourage relaxation. The practice concludes with an extended savasana to live music composed specifically for meditation and mindfulness.

This is an open level class and no yoga experience is necessary - you are able to sit or lay for the duration of the class if you choose.
