Daily stress, environmental noise, and emotional fatigue don’t just stay on the surface—they settle deep into our cells and energy fields. Over time, this leaves us feeling drained, foggy, and out of alignment.

I invite you to pause, clear the slate, and tune back in.

Join me in Cronulla under the transformative energy of the Scorpio New Moon for a deep cellular and nervous system reset. Combining acoustic tuning forks with RIFE frequency technology, we will use targeted sound and intention to clear stored stress and restore balance to your body and mind.

Guided Through a Multi-Disciplinary Lens

Drawing on my background as a Music Therapist, Biofield Tuning Practitioner, and Massage Therapist, I blend clinical sound science with somatic awareness to support how tension physically and energetically holds in the body.

Together, we will:

🧬 Release Cellular Stress: Use RIFE frequencies to support physical detox and clear tension trapped at a cellular level.
🌿 Reset Your Nervous System: Downregulate out of "fight-or-flight" into deep, restorative recovery.
🧠 Quiet the Mind: Clear brain fog, racing thoughts, and mental fatigue.
✨ Align with the New Moon: Harness Scorpio’s grounded energy to set clear intentions for the cycle ahead.

All you need to do is lie back, relax, and let the frequencies do the work.
