7-Course Tasting Menu & Pairing
Smoked Salmon Blini with Crème Fraîche & Dill – Delicate buckwheat blini topped with Scottish smoked salmon, silky crème fraîche, and fresh dill. Paired with a peaty Islay Scotch.
Irish Cheddar & Stout Soup – Rich and creamy with aged Irish cheddar, caramelized onions, and dark Irish stout, finished with a crisp rye crouton. Paired with a smooth Irish whisky.
Beet & Goat Cheese Salad with Hazelnuts & Balsamic – Roasted beets, creamy goat cheese, and toasted hazelnuts over fresh greens with tangy balsamic. Paired with a rich Highland Scotch.
Half Scotch Egg with Mustard Aioli – Soft-boiled egg wrapped in herbed sausage, breaded and fried, served with tangy mustard aioli. Paired with a sherried Speyside Scotch.
Boneless Whisky-Glazed Short Rib with Colcannon – Slow-braised short rib glazed in a deep whisky reduction over creamy Irish colcannon (potatoes, kale, butter). Paired with a 12-Year Irish whisky.
Pan-Seared Duck Breast with Scotch-Cherry Reduction – Crispy-skinned duck with a rich Scotch-cherry reduction, black pepper, and orange zest; buttered leeks alongside. Paired with a bold Islay Scotch.
Sticky Toffee Pudding with Whisky Caramel – Warm date cake drizzled in whisky caramel, finished with vanilla cream. Paired with an aged single malt Scotch.
