Join us for a day of community action and environmental rehabilitation in the Sydney Freshwater Wetlands area of Centennial Park. 

As part of One Tree Planted 'Earth Month' and in partnership with Centennial Parklands Foundation we're hosting a volunteer event on April 6, 2023, to help protect and restore the unique and endangered plant community of the Sydney Freshwater Wetlands.

The event will involve a range of activities, including planting native species, watering, propagating new plants, weeding, and litter collection. By participating in this event, you will have the opportunity to learn about this important wetland ecosystems and the critical role it plays in maintaining local biodiversity and mitigating climate change.

No prior experience is required. We will provide all the necessary tools and equipment, as well as expert guidance from our team of environmental professionals. By working together, we can ensure that this ecosystem has a healthy future. 

So come out and join us for a fun and rewarding day of community service and environmental stewardship. Let's work together to protect and restore the Sydney Freshwater Wetlands area for generations to come!
