Central Coast Permaculture: Mish's Blackwall Permablitz

The main focus of the blitz at blackwall, is redesign. Over the last few year Mish has had two blitz to help maintain and establish good soil and a healthy growing patch. Mish is a single mum with two beautiful boys and leads a very creative lifestyle, so keeping up with the garden has not been the main priority. The redesign is to help make growing and maintaining the garden easier to fit with a busy schedule. The blitz will be working on building up 3 areas in an established garden bed using the no dig style, pruning back the stone fruit trees, setting up a worm farm, creating new vertical growing spaces using old trampoline framing and setting up an irrigation system.
We have continued to support her Permaculture vision which is to develop an interactive playhouse and food garden for her boys.

Tools that will be needed are, mattocks, mulch forks, a hedger, a whipper snipper and wheel barrows. 

Please join us as we continue to implement the vision in a way that is financially and fundamentally manageable to this family. 

The event will include lots of soil building and water saving techniques. You will be provided with mornimg tea and lunch, fun, friendship and learning. Their will be lots of opportunities for you to share your knowledge and help us as a team grow and encourage more Permaculture in our community.

You will need to be a member of Central Coast Peraculture to attend the event. Membership is $20 for singles and $30 for a family. Once you attend 2 events you are eligible to host an event at your home or place of signifigance.
