Central Otago RWNZ Dinner Group - November 2025
Event description
RWNZ Central Otago Dinner Group — November Gathering
Join us for an inspiring and insightful evening with Dr Erika Hollows, local GP at Health Central in Alexandra and founder of her private holistic practice, Life Reno Medic.
Dr Hollows will share her expertise on one of the most impactful journeys in women’s health the hormonal shifts of perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. She’ll help us understand what’s really going on with our bodies, why hormones can cause so much strife, and how we can navigate this phase with confidence and care.
There will be time for questions and answers at the end.
Come along for an evening of learning, connection, and lively discussion among friends.
