Centralpoint Dance Studios Presents NUTCRACKER REMIXED

Centralpoint Dance Studios invites you to please join our Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop & Jazz dancers who will all be on stage at the Lake Wānaka Centre 6 & 7 December to dance and perform for you. 

Please note, Pinpoints Preschool Dancers will only perform in the 2pm Show on Saturday 7 December.

Nutcracker Remixed is an adaptation of E. T. A. Hoffmann's famous short story and we hope you will enjoy our spin on this timeless Christmas classic. 

Set on Christmas Eve, our story begins with a little party where young Clara receives a special gift—a Nutcracker doll. That night, as Clara falls asleep under the Christmas Tree she is swept into an enchanting adventure as her Nutcracker comes to life and together, they battle against the Rat King, travel through the land of snow and into the Kingdom of Sweets where they are welcomed by the Sugar Plum Fairy and treated to performances and delicacies from all around the world.
