  • ❄️ Optional ice bath experience: Feel empowered as you gently challenge your limits, leaving with a sense of strength and clarity.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothes.

Do I have to do the ice bath?
No, the ice bath is optional. You can watch or skip it if you prefer. The instructor will help you overcome mental barriers but as always, you are in full control

Is this workshop for beginners?
Absolutely! This is perfect for anyone curious about breathwork and the Wim Hof Method, no matter your experience.

Are there health precautions I should know about?
Yes. If you’re pregnant, have epilepsy, or serious heart conditions, we recommend consulting your doctor before joining. Please let us know if you have any concerns.
