Begin your journey with a sacred cacao ceremony facilitated by Olivia Giameos, a skilled space-holder and cacao practitioner. Through this heart-opening ritual, we’ll set intentions and align with the transformative energy of the day.

Guided Breathwork Journey
Led by Luke McLean, Level 1 Wim Hof Method and Oxygen Advantage Instructor, this transformative session will guide you into breath awareness and a deep breath journey designed to release stress, cultivate inner peace, and help you move from your head into your heart.

Sound Healing
Immerse yourself in the powerful live soundscapes created by Alessandro Antonucci and Chad Wilkins, featuring instruments like the handpan, didgeridoo, and guitar. Let the music carry you into deep relaxation and heightened awareness.

Luke is a Level 1 Wim Hof Method and Oxygen Advantage Instructor who specializes in breathwork and resilience coaching. Having overcome anxiety through breathwork, Luke is dedicated to helping others connect with their bodies, release stress, and discover inner strength and peace.

Olivia Giameos
Olivia is a compassionate facilitator and space holder with a deep connection to cacao as a sacred plant medicine. She guides others in creating intentional and heart-centered spaces, helping participants open their hearts, connect deeply, and feel truly held throughout the journey.

Chad Wilkins
Mystic minstrel and singer-songwriter Chad Wilkins brings heartfelt, rootsy folk anthems infused with themes of love, gratitude, and transformation.
