Centrelink Information Session - Mount Beauty

Hume Riverina Community Legal Service is pleased to join together with specialist lawyers from Social Security Rights Victoria (“SSRV”) to present a free community legal education event regarding Centrelink issues and rights. 

Our lawyers will explore:

• Navigating the age pension
• Income/asset tests and hardship provisions
• What is means to be a member of a ‘couple’
• Understand the rules around gifting
• Centrelink debts

There will also be an opportunity for the community to ask questions to the specialist lawyer in a Q&A session.

This is a free, community event hosted by the Mount Beauty Neighbourhood Centre and will be held on Tuesday, 19 March starting at 10:00am.
