Ceramic Garden Mushrooms Workshop

Sink your hands into something new with Hannah from Moody Rabbit at this cute, quaint, ceramic mushroom-making workshop! These mushrooms are super cute and perfect for your garden. They are waterproof and will last you years!

In this beginner's workshop, you will be guided through the basic process of making your own mushrooms from scratch by expert ceramicist Hannah. You will learn about the slab building method, we will look at making them stand upright and you will get hands-on making up to 3 large 'shrooms' for your garden.

Hannah will also give you tips on creating unique designs using texturing techniques, scraffito, coloured paint and glazes before you learn how to prepare your piece for firing.

These mushrooms are so adorable, they can sit in your own garden, a plant pot or somewhere else you have in mind! They will stand out as a feature in any garden!

What do you need to know?

Artist, Hannah Goggs, will lead you through everything you need to know to handcraft your ceramic garden mushrooms

Glazing and firing is conducted by Hannah at her Fremantle studio after the session. Ceramic works will be available to be collected at iCreated Studio two (2) weeks after the session. (Postage can be arranged at an additional cost)
