Join us for a truly delicious combination of Ceremonial Cacao and Sound Bath to drop into deep layers of relaxation, connection with oneself and meditation. We will be enjoying a cup of ethical Crillio Ceremonial Cacao from Peru followed by 1 hour of Sound Bath transported by the healing vibrations of our set of 7 authentic Tibetan singing bowls, tingsha bells and slit drum.

The healing vibrations of these unique instruments will guide you into a state of deep meditation, taking you from a Beta brainwave state - our daily active state, which when dysregulated can lead to stress, anxiety and burnout - to a Theta brainwave state; the state we enter just before falling asleep; a state of deep relaxation connected to memory, learning and creativity.

Calming and focusing the mind, the pure tones and sustained resonances of the Tibetan bowls also work on a cellular level and are deeply healing to the body and help to boost the immune system. Sound Bath encourages the parasympathetic nervous response, taking you from fight or flight mode to rest and digest, which helps to regulate and boost the immune system.

You’ll finish the session feeling peaceful, grounded and refreshed, after floating into a Theta brainwave state where you can enter a deep state of meditation and healing.

Malou is a Yoga teacher and certified Sound Therapist who has been working with Ceremonial Cacao as part of her offerings.

Ceremonial Cacao is a wonderful plant Medicine that contains anandamide, which is a fatty acid neurotransmitter that binds to cannabinoid receptors in the brain and body, stimulating a sense of happiness and overall wellness. Anandamide is the transmitter that gives you a great feeling after a workout aka runner's high! Cacao can help to balance blood sugar levels and increase the blood flow to the brain, which helps create more mental agility, awareness, clarity and focus. It also contains the essential amino acid tryptophan, which increases the production of serotonin, which is a hugely important brain chemical that helps us remain positive and happy!
