Nestled in the quiet bushland of Bucketty, New South Wales, this retreat space invites you to step away from the noise of everyday life and land fully in nature. Located around two hours from Sydney and about one hour inland from the Central Coast, the property is surrounded by open sky, native trees and the stillness of the Australian bush.

This is a special place for us. It is where we learned from our mentor, Gypsy Willow Artemis, and where many ceremonies have been held over the years. The land holds a deeply sacred energy and offers a beautiful container for this work to unfold.

At the heart of the property is the temple yurt, where most of the training will take place around the central altar and fireplace. Participants will sleep in this space on provided mattresses around the altar, creating an immersive ceremonial container across the four days. A small number of beds are available in a separate room for those who need them, in order to not disturb others.

The property is intentionally simple and off-grid, running on rainwater tanks and eco-toilets. Meals will be shared vegetarian meals, with some communal food preparation woven into the experience as part of learning the practical side of facilitation and gathering, and working as a community.

There is also space for an outdoor fire when weather permits, a swimming pool for the brave Autumn cold plunge, and surrounding bushland for short walks in nature.

We’ve intentionally chosen a simple, nature-based venue rather than luxury accommodation so we can keep the training accessible and focus on what truly matters - the depth of the facilitation experience.

For many, this simplicity becomes part of the retreat itself: an opportunity to slow down, connect with the land and share in the rhythm of communal retreat life.
