Define a Business Need: Identify a real-world communication challenge within an organisation or industry.

Apply AI Tools: Use AI for audience insights, content generation, sentiment analysis, or stakeholder engagement.

Develop a Communication Strategy: Align AI-driven tactics with business goals and The Communication Value Circle.

Ensure Ethical AI Use: Address data privacy, bias, and human oversight considerations.

Measure AI Impact: Define key metrics to evaluate AI’s effectiveness in the strategy.

Presentation & Submission: Participants will submit a short report (3–5 pages) and a recorded presentation (5–7 minutes) explaining their strategy.
