You are invited to join Lisa Alexander for a Shamanic Cacao Ceremony followed by a Sound Healing at Common Earth Studio, Guildford on Sunday 23rd July 2023.

12:30pm - Doors Open

1:00-3:30pm - Shamanic Cacao Ceremony and Sound Healing

3:30-4:00 - Community connection in our cozy living room

During this ceremony you’ll be guided through a Shamanic meditation in which you will move through the medicine wheel, while being supported by powerful & beautiful nature energies & allies. The meditation is designed to take you on a transformative journey in which you’ll connect with your inner truth while dismantling any blocks that stand between you and who you really are.
During the ceremony you’ll have the option to drink ceremonial grade Cacao, which will help you to drop into a deeper meditation & into your heart space. Ending with a Sound Healing designed to balance you on a mind, body & soul level.

These sessions are ideal for anyone who feels stuck or out of alignment in their lives. Or if you’re seeking clarity, direction or need to release something.

No experience needed- open to all levels.

What to bring?

Please BYO water bottle and if you have you own personal sacred vessel for cacao please bring it along otherwise an earthy mug will be provided. Yoga mats and bolsters are provided. If you have a special meditation cushion or blanket you would like to bring to stay comfy and cozy please bring it with you. The heaters will be on but we recommend dressing in warm layers and wolly socks.

About Lisa
Lisa lives in Esperance & is a mother of 2. She’s an ex-burnt out lawyer who used tools like Yoga, Meditation & Reiki to heal, deal with stress and make much needed radicle life changes.
She’s now a Certified Yoga Teacher, trained Shamanic Practitioner & trained Cacao Ceremonialist. As well as a Certified Sound Healing & Reiki Practitioner. Much of her work is focused on connecting back to, and nurturing one’s inner landscape by healing emotional and mental trauma and blocks. In addition to helping people connect to and thrive in their truth & soul purpose.
