Cetacean Sisters: Marine Science Workshop Series for Secondary School Girls

Give your daughter the opportunity to dive into marine science with Cetacean Sisters—a unique workshop series designed for secondary school girls passionate about the ocean and its wildlife.

Held across five engaging Saturday sessions, this hands-on program explores the science of whales and dolphins through real-world activities, mentoring, and field-based learning right on the shores of Port Phillip.

Workshop Highlights

• Interactive Learning: Each session includes practical, hands-on experiences focused on the cetaceans of local waters.

• Expert Mentors: Led by a local cetacean scientist and her experienced marine science team.

• STEM Career Insights: A valuable introduction to marine science pathways and what it’s really like to work with wildlife.

• Small Group Size: Capped at 12 students to encourage mentoring and peer connection

• Ongoing Support: Includes free access to the Circle Community app for 12 months of continued connection and learning.

Please note the break between workshops 3 and 4 to allow for Cup Weekend and the girls to complete their study for school exams
