Experience mad ramblings and strong opinions regarding the union of fresh fish, lime and chilli in a masterclass of making Ceviche - one of Peru's national dishes and a source of pride and joy for our head kitchen dog Gabs. Learn about the history, principles and process of ceviche making, followed by ceviche eating. Produce and materials included, as well as a pisco sour (or less boozy alternative).
