CGS Carols in the Quad 2025

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our inaugural CGS Carols in the Quad!
Join us for an evening of celebration and song, featuring carols performed by our School choirs. Settle in on the grass, relax, and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere. Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks (please note, this is a strictly alcohol-free event).

To help us plan and ensure everyone can be comfortably accommodated, we ask that all attendees register their attendance in advance.

This link also provides the option to purchase pre-ordered picnic packs for your convenience.

Pre-orders for picnic packs will close on Thursday 27 November to allow time for catering. As all food is prepared to order, we’re unable to offer refunds after this date.

In the event of wet weather, if the Carols are moved indoors to the Snow Concert Hall, your pre-ordered food will still be available for collection to take home after the event.

1 Pack of Red Rock Deli Sea Salt Potato Chips

1 choice of:

• Pizza Pinwheel (served cold)

$17 Individual Picnic packs include:

Optional - Juice (apple/orange/tropical) or water

1 Fruit salad cup

1 Garden Salad cup

1 Pack of potato chips

1 choice of:

• Sushi - Chicken and Vegetarian

• Gourmet Ham and Salad Wrap

• Gourmet Chicken and Salad Wrap

• Gourmet Falafel and Salad Wrap
  

$25 Shared packs (Suitable for 4 people) include:

4 x Pretzels packets

8 x Cheddar cheese individuals

Jatz crackers packs (Rice crackers for Gluten Free option)

Hummus and Tzatziki dip 

Crudités- Carrots, cucumber, and celery

Collection details will be sent via email to all registrations with pre-pack picnic orders from the Humanitix ticketing event communication.
