CGS FETE PRE-SALE TICKETS 2023

PRE SALE OF TICKETS HAS NOW CLOSED-PLEASE PURCHACE YOUR TICKETS ON FETE DAY AT THE SNOW CONCERT HALL ATRIUM

This year at Fete we are going cash free! 

This system has been tried and tested in several schools and events in Sydney with tremendous success. Now it's our turn. 
 
We highly recommend that the CGS Community consider pre-purchasing tickets to be ready for Fete Day. This will save you from queueing at the sales station first thing in the morning with all external visitors, giving you more time to have fun with your family. Please pass on this link to anyone (extended family) you are inviting to the Fete, so they also have the opportunity to pre-purchase tickets. We will not be publicising pre-sale tickets to the external community. 

No stalls at the 2023 CGS Fete will be accepting cash - only tickets.

 Why cashless? 

The main factor driving this decision was the inability to secure mobile ATM's due to the long pause in community events.
A cashless Fete will be far easier to manage and administer, while also saving our families time on the day. 

How does it work? 

Tickets are available online for pre-sale in denominations of $1,$2,$5 & $10 + a Wrist band for unlimited access to Inflatable Activities Park and Climbing Wall 

The $20 wrist band will include unlimited access to: -

1 Party Castle (4.5mx4.5m)

1 Combo Castle with slide (7mx7m)

1 Obstacle Course (12mx7m)

1 Super Slide (6mx7m)

Climbing Wall -Supervised

Pickup of these tickets will be available before COB Thursday 30 March from the following locations:

- Senior School Reception
 - Primary School Reception 
 - Northside reception

After Thursday 30 March, your tickets will be available on Fete Day from the ground floor of the Snow Centre. 

Tickets will also be on sale on Fete Day from 10am till 2:30pm by exchange of cash or cards in the Snow Concert Hall atrium. 

Please note - all tickets will be treated as cash. Lost or misplaced tickets cannot be replaced. 

What is available for small children?

For small children a Fete Hand will be available for Pre-purchase. Each finger will represent a ticket for a lucky dip, sausage in bread, a drink, a jump on the jumping castle and a temporary tattoo. These will be designed for pinning onto clothes to avoid losing their Fete currency. 

What do you do with left-over tickets? 

If you have left over tickets at the end of Fete Day, below provides options for refunds or exchange.

• Refund of your left-over tickets will be available from the sales Station (Snow Concert Hall Atrium) up until 2:30pm. Refunds will only be returned onto bank cards (credit/debit - no cash refunds)

• Exchange for Major Raffle tickets will also be an option (Drawn at 2:30pm) link here for The Major raffle 

• Donate your left over tickets back to the Fete proceeds.   

Please Note: Refunds and Exchanges of left-over tickets will only be available to adults. Parents can exchange tickets on behalf of the students/children.
Please allow a couple days after order to collect from your nominated reception. Northside might take a little longer to get to Reception.
