Tips and Tricks to Book Your Tickets

I booked for the 140 Anniversary Ball, what this event?
The 140th Anniversary Ball event has been moved due to Covid-19 impacts on a range of factors to 2022. All tickets purchased for the 140th Anniversary Ball event transfer to the new events dates and remain valid. Tickets retain each seat and table selection . The ball is renamed now as it falls outside our 140th year.

Is it easy to book?
Absolutely. Once you have selected the tickets you want and the table and seats you want to sit at you have 20 minutes to complete your order. We know this this may be tricky if you are booking a table of 10.

Why do you need specific ticket info?
Knowing who will be at which table and in what seat helps us manage our covid-safe obligations and the dietary requirements of our guests. We want to ensure a safe event in both these cases.

Can I pick who sits where on my table?
Yes! Once you select your quantity of tickets, you will be able to both choose your table and who will sit in which seat.

Can I find where friends and family might be sitting?
Once you have selected your tickets, entered the booking information you will then be able to choose your table and seats. In this window, there is a search function that allows you to look up friends, family or colleagues by name. This will show you which table they have booked and allow you to choose any available seats at that table or at nearby ones.
What if I book a table of 10 but I’m not sure who all my guests will be yet?
Adding individual guests and their dietary requirements can be done within a couple of days of confirming your booking. We do require this information for both our covid-safe management plan and to ensure guest dietary requirements. Once booked, you will receive confirmation via email that will have the option to ‘Edit your order’. This will allow you to update your guest’s name’s, their dietary requirements and their relationship to our school.
