Celebrate Harmony Week with a warming cup of chai, morning tea and new friends. Join Ballarat Library and the Ballarat Regional Multicultural Council (BRMC)’s Intercultural Women's Friendship Circle in this hands-on workshop where you will learn the ins and outs of making the perfect chai tea.
