Description

Beat stiffness and soreness, increase flexibility, enhance muscle strength and stay active in this supportive chair based yoga class. Please note that there will still be some standing based postures where the chair will be used for support and balance.

Danielle from Santosha Yoga Australia will be leading you through this 4-week program. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring along a water bottle and small cushion or rolled up towel.

This activity is part of Council's Learning for Life program. Event dates are Tuesday18 and 25 March and 1 and 8 April 2025.
