Description

This workshop consists of two class dates: Mar 7 & 14 2026. Your payment includes both classes.

Over the course of two classes, understand the material process from tree to chair in this hands-on workshop led by Julian Rich. Starting with a guided tree tour and inspiration from the Material Curiosity by Design exhibition, you’ll learn basic sawing and drilling techniques as you design and build your own mid-century modern-inspired chair.
