Chair Workshop with Dr. Jae West

This two-hour workshop is designed for anyone wanting to drop into their sass and sensuality. Blending mind-body awareness, and choreography, we'll explore how to move beyond simply performing an emotion and instead embody it (with the assistance of a chair!).

Together we'll explore:

The difference between performing and embodying emotion.
Where authentic confidence and sass comes from.
Choreography to Purr by Slayyyter

Together we'll let go of perfection, embrace play, and celebrate the joy of movement together. Come curious, leave expressively, embodied.
