Come and join us on the chair for some gentle mindful movement. Chair Yoga is perfect for everybody and expecially if you have challenges getting down onto a yoga mat.

- Are looking for a gentle safe, low-impact exercise
- Currently have limited mobility or chronic health conditions
- Sit at a desk for long periods of time and looking to stretch
