Chair Yoga and Mindful Movement
Event description
Celebrate MOVEtober and join experienced Chair Yoga Teacher Suzanne for a four week series that will incorporate yoga poses and movements from the comfort of a being in a chair. If you are new to yoga, have injuries or find it difficult to get up and down off the floor, this is a great yoga practice to help build strength, flexibility and everyday mobility whilst also incorporating guided mindful relaxation techniques. This program is designed for adults of all ages.
Sessions take place weekly on Tuesdays between 5:30pm and 6:20pm. Your registration includes all four sessions on
October 7, 14, 21 and 28.
Class numbers will be limited so register your spot early.
