Event description

Who would have thought we could do yoga without ONE downward dog? Yoga is for everyone and our chair yoga class offers options for you.

Our chair yoga classes cater to people who may have an injury, mobility issues or a health condition which limits their ability to attend a regular yoga class. 

Or if you just want to try something a bit different, then this class is for you.

No experience is necessary. Wheelchair participants most welcome
