Chair, Yoga, Dance with Vicki

Chair Yoga Dance combines gentle and fun movements to support aging bodies. This class is accessible for most seniors. Feel better, reduce pain, increase mobility, and have fun! Chair yoga uses the chair as a prop to combine traditional yoga asana with gentle movement to strengthen and stretch the body, improve your balance, and lift your spirits.
