Join our fun Chair Yoga Dance Class!

We use the chair as a tool for seated and some standing yoga poses. These effective movements are designed to improve flexibility and strength the whole body from your feet, joints and shoulders. Chair yoga offers gentle movements that improve blood circulation to relieve pain and stiffness.

Stretch and strengthen while improving balance. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat.
