Did you know that you can do gentle yoga on the chair? Join Claire as she leads us through some simple and easy-to-do moves while seated on the chair.

This event is hosted by the Older Women's Network (OWN) NSW using Zoom.

Please consider making a donation to keep our OWN NSW online classes going ($5 - $10 per class). If you cannot make a contribution to our class, we will still be delighted to have you!
