We're coming full circle in our collaborative chakra series and will be guiding you through gentle movement, meditation, energy work, and sound healing designed to balance your full chakra system. Together, we will journey from root to crown, creating balance, clarity, and connection within each energy center. A nurturing space will be held for you to release what no longer serves, replenish your energy, and align your body, mind, and spirit.

Event schedule:

7pm-8:30pm: We will begin with a check-in & pre-frame of class flow, after which you will be lead through a series of expansive and supportive movement patterns and techniques guided by practitioners A-T, Dawn & Leah.

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in.

Yoga mats & blankets will be provided, but you may bring your own things if you prefer to ensure your comfort.
