Chakra Activation - March

Want to join in a fun, a face to face, circle and learn all about Chakras?

Then join us in a regular Chakra Activation Circle, where we will explore the profound influence of chakras on your overall well-being, mental equilibrium, and daily experiences.

We will start with a Sound Bath to Activate Chakras, followed by Ceremonial Aztec Cacao and shares before going in depth to learn about Chakras.

You will gain knowledge of tools and ancient techniques that will cleanse and activate your chakras, ultimately transforming your energy.

In each session we’ll have fun using some of the following tools:

△ Yoga

△ Mudra

△ Breathwork

△ Energy exercises

△ Mantra

△ Meditation

△ Sound

Plus, the opportunity to co-create and share learnings with other like-minded souls in an extended community where paths were destined to cross.

Through this journey, you will learn to navigate and stimulate your chakra system, identify blockages, and gain deeper insights into yourself, fostering balance in your life.

To live a balanced life it's important to comprehend the significance of each chakra and adopt practices that promote the unobstructed flow of energy within them.

Your physical, mental, and energetic aspects are naturally inclined towards perfect health. However, when a chakra becomes blocked, it can manifest as ailments, discomfort, and negative emotions in both the mind and body.

In the Chakra Activation Circle, we will cover various tools to overcome this, such as:

△ Developing heightened awareness to identify blockages

△ Understanding the causes and effects of imbalanced chakras

△ Moving stagnant energy

△ Strengthening all seven chakras

△ Applying different techniques to maintain chakra equilibrium in your daily practices.

Each session in the Chakra Circle will delve into a unique topic, exploring how chakras impact our daily lives and uncovering any blockages that may hinder our progress or create challenges.

You will learn how to identify and clear blocked chakras, as well as engage in energy tuning and ancient practices to restore balance and activate each chakra.

Sound and meditation will be incorporated into each session, tailored to the specific topic at hand.
