In this half day re:treat workshop you will learn how to identify which areas of life are out of balance and which chakra this relates to.

We will work through the 7 chakras with a pendulum to feel their energy and discover which are open or blocked. Learn about the function of each chakra, and what stretches, affirmations, hand mudras, and sounds help to cleanse it.

The session will end with a healing sound bath of crystal singing bowls and gong.

You will leave feeling in alignment, knowing when chakras are out of balance, and what tools to use to bring back harmony.

What are chakras?

Chakra, meaning “wheel” or “disk” in Sanskrit, is a complex energy centre of the body. There are believed to be 114 different chakras, but the focus is on 7 major ones that run along the spine.

Chakras are part of your subtle energy body and are major energy centres which help to sustain your mind, body, and soul. They feed into the nervous system, major organs, and affect how we respond to life emotionally and physically.

They can get blocked, which stops the flow of energy through our body, and causes dis-harmony.

This workshop will provide you with information on each chakra, interactive practices and tools to cleanse, open and bring balance to each of the 7 major chakras.

If you're a note taker like us, you may like to bring a pad and paper.

We will be working with pendulums, which will be made available to use on the day - or you may like to bring yours along to work with.

Clothes that allow free movement. No shoes required

9am start - arrive early as doors will be locked.

The workshop finishes at 5pm.
