Event description

Come and (chakra) dance your soul!

Chakradance is known as Yoga's sister, some have even called it Spiritual Zumba.

We dance to go within. We dance towards healing. We dance towards freedom.

Each week we will feel, learn about and explore the Chakra Energy Centres in our bodies through dance, guided visualisations, meditation and art.

If you choose to dance the whole cycle, you will work your way from the Base Chakra to the Crown over 9 weeks (including an introduction and integration week)
