Join Asharnaye for a journey of self-discovery and inner balance as you will be invited to dive deep into the ancient energy system of the chakras.

In this immersive afternoon, you'll be guided through a soothing sound bath, enveloped in the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, tubular bells, crystal harp, chimes and more. Feel the vibrations wash over you, clearing blockages and restoring harmony to your energy centers.

Through guided meditation, chanting and light language, you'll journey through each chakra, releasing blockages and self limiting programs, revitalising and restoring a sense of wholeness and vitality in mind, body, and spirit.

Whether you're new to the world of chakras and sound healings or seeking to deepen your understanding, this exploration offers a safe and nurturing space for growth and healing.

NB:  Doors open 1:45pm for start at 2pm.  Doors will be closed at 2pm.

What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothing, and bring an open mind and heart to fully embrace the transformative journey ahead.  BYO  water, yoga mat, Shawl or blanket, items you would like to place on the Sound Bath Altar for healing.  

(the Sound Bath altar is a sacred space that will have crystals and other items on that creates a beautiful place to put any jewellery, your own crystals or photos of people/things that you would like surrounded in healing energy
