Journey through the seven main energy centers of the body with a weekly yoga class designed to balance, awaken, and harmonize. Each week blends asana, breath-work, mantra, and meditation tailored to a specific chakra, guiding you into alignment physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Weekly Themes:

* Week 1 - Root (Muladhara): Grounding, Stability, Connection

* Week 2 - Sacral (Svadhisthana): Creativity, Flow, Sensuality

* Week 3 - Solar Plexus (Manipura): Power, Will, Confidence

* Week 4 - Heart (Anahata): Love, Compassion, Emotional Healing

* Week 5 - Throat ( Vishuddha): Expression, Communication, Truth

* Week 6 - Third Eye (Ajna): Intuition, Clarity, Insight

* Week 7 - Crown (Sahasrara): Spiritual Connection, Expansion, Oneness

There are 2 series

The first series: Sept 8 - Oct 20

The Second series: Oct 27 - Dec 15 (skipping Thanksgiving week)
