Join Al Muir for his unique harmonise, activate, and align your chakras guided meditation utilising Tibetan singing bowls A mix of sound immersion and guided meditation and suitable for meditation beginners to advanced meditators. Our chakras are our energy centres, and when aligned and in harmonic resonance, we are more energetic, at peace, and in flow. Have you ever felt slightly out of whack or balance but can't quite work out why? Our different chakra energies can and do move out of alignment and resonance with each other. Using our imagination and awareness, we will focus on each chakra one at a time with the corresponding singing bowl, joining them up together as we go, creating a whole and resonant system that hums and vibrates the way it should. Revitalise, energise, and harmonise. Perfect for both the seasoned ascention seeker, and those looking for a bit more balance and harmony within. A focus on spiritual tradition and practice for thousands of years with a modern delivery. .
