Chakra Series - 7th

This is a series of 8 online sessions – one for each session, and a final full chakra alignment session.

Though an inner journey through this ancient wisdom system, we will deeply explore a chakra each week.

By understanding where we are at, we can become empowered to bring in self-care on a spiritual level.

In this session, we will:

• Explore the 7th Chakra (The Crown);
• Discover what is looks like when it is balanced;
• Understand how it manifests when it is unbalanced;
• Experience a sound healing to bring that chakra back into balance and alignment; and
• Leave with some practical exercises to help maintain harmony in that chakra.
